Realty10X CRM is a lead and relationship management platform designed exclusively for real estate professionals to securely manage their own contacts, enquiries, and follow-ups.

2. Data Ownership

• All data entered into Realty10X CRM remains the sole property of the user.
• Each user has access only to their own data.
• No user can view, access, or retrieve another user’s leads, contacts, or related information.

3. Data Storage & Access

• User data is stored securely on our servers using industry-standard security practices.
• Data is logically isolated on a per-user basis at the system level.
• Realty10X CRM does not offer any functionality that enables access to other users’ data.

Realty10X CRM operates strictly as a platform provider and does not act as a business administrator, broker, or intermediary.

4. Privacy Commitment

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not share user data with third parties.
• We do not use user data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

Users may export their own data at any time.

5. Account Access & Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and are never stored in plain text.
• Inactive or suspicious accounts may be temporarily disabled to protect platform security.

6. Data Deletion & Archiving

• Leads marked as deleted are archived and not immediately removed from the system.
• This helps prevent accidental data loss.
• Permanent deletion may be introduced in the future as a user-controlled feature.

7. Service Availability

Realty10X CRM is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for high availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Realty10X CRM is a productivity and record-keeping tool. We are not responsible for business outcomes, lost opportunities, financial decisions, or errors arising from user-entered data.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect system enhancements or legal requirements. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
